What we couldn't verify

We only publish what we could confirm on an official New Jersey source. These are the open questions from our latest review. Ask the New Jersey Department of Veterans Affairs (NJDVA; split from DMAVA in January 2026) about anything here.

  • The Fish & Wildlife DV certification PDF was reviewed instead. The state park benefit for disabled veterans is marked unverified.
  • No NJ special 'disabled veteran' license plate page was found on MVC beyond free registration and placards.
  • Cemetery fees and the detailed eligibility subpage were not reviewed.
  • 2026 session: only SCR143 (and ACR129/SCR96 per search) were itemized. Other pending veteran bills were not reviewed.
